Little Puddockwells is a lovely self-catering holiday cottage near Dunkeld in Perthshire.  Tucked away at the end of a little track, it is set in a peaceful location with wonderful views.  This stone built detached cottage, which is adjacent to the owner's property, is furnished to a very good standard and is well maintained.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms which sleep 3 and a bathroom with a good shower over the bath. Downstairs consists of a large open plan modern kitchen/sitting room.  Outside there is a gravelled area with comfortable garden furniture which leads onto a garden.

Facilities include: wi-fi, oil central heating, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, cooker, fridge, TV  and DVD player.  Bed linen, bath towels, dish towels, heating and electricity are included in the price.

Please note that this is strictly a NON-SMOKING cottage and one well-behaved pet is welcome with their own bed. Pets are not allowed upstairs or on the furniture.
